Payment

The paying guest must be present on the dock with a physical card and matching photo ID. No exceptions.

A minimum 20% gratuity for the captain is required and will be calculated on the total rental cost before taxes and fees. Gratuity is paid directly to the captain via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Fuel Cost:
The customer is responsible for covering all fuel costs, which are charged based on current market rates ($6 gal). However, since the boat remains anchored for most of the rental, fuel expenses are generally minimal.

Cancellations & Deposit Refund Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable and represent 2.9% + $0.30 of the rental cost. (before taxes and gratuity)

100% refund for cancellations made 30 days before the rental date.

50% refund for cancellations made 15 days before rental date.

0% refund for cancellations made 14 days or less before rental date.

Weather Conditions:
Cancellations due to severe weather are assessed at the time of the rental and based on lake conditions. We do not cancel based on forecasts. If the rental cannot be completed due to severe weather, we will only charge for the time spent on the boat, or a full refund (less the non-refundable booking fee) if no part of the rental is completed. ATX Vibe Vessels operate in rain or shine.

Modifications:
Modifications to your rental must be made at least 15 days before the rental date. While we will try to accommodate any changes, we cannot guarantee availability.

Late Arrivals/Early Returns:
There is no compensation for late arrivals or early returns.

No Call, No Show:
If there is no contact from the client 30 minutes after the reservation start time and we are unable to reach you, the reservation will be marked as a "no call, no show," resulting in a full charge to the card on file, and the rental will be forfeited.

Marina Parking Policies

$20 per vehicle for up to 4 individuals

$5 for each additional individual in the vehicle

$5 per individual for ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, vans or buses)

Card or cash accepted

Important Parking Information:
The walk from the parking lot to the dock is long. If you need assistance with your items, feel free to call us upon arrival, and we will provide a wagon to make the walk easier or feel free to bring your own. (512) 850-5538
