The walk from the parking lot to Dock G is a bit long. Please call us upon arrival, and we’ll be happy to assist with your items. Otherwise, we recommend bringing a small cart for easy transport.

We depart from Paradise Cove Marina and anchor at Devils Cove for the duration of your rental. If you’d like to visit another location, the decision is at the captain’s discretion.

Booking fees are non-refundable and represent 2.9% + $0.30 of the rental cost. (before taxes and gratuity)

100% refund for cancellations made 30 days before the rental date.

50% refund for cancellations made 15 days before rental date.

0% refund for cancellations made 14 days or less before rental date.

Weather Conditions:
Cancellations due to severe weather are assessed at the time of the rental and based on lake conditions. We do not cancel based on forecasts. If the rental cannot be completed due to severe weather, we will only charge for the time spent on the boat, or a full refund (less the non-refundable booking fee) if no part of the rental is completed. ATX Vibe Vessels operate in rain or shine.

Modifications:
Modifications to your rental must be made at least 15 days before the rental date. While we will try to accommodate any changes, we cannot guarantee availability.

Late Arrivals/Early Returns:
There is no compensation for late arrivals or early returns.

No Call, No Show:
If there is no contact from the client 30 minutes after the reservation start time and we are unable to reach you, the reservation will be marked as a "no call, no show," resulting in a full charge to the card on file, and the rental will be forfeited.

We encourage you to bring non-messy snacks and plenty of water. Alcoholic beverages are welcome, but please use plastic containers—no glassware or red wine.

Recommended food items include fresh fruit, sandwiches, beef jerky, and cheese & meat trays.

As a friendly reminder, it is best to be a early than late. Please be 30 minutes early. Parking and walking your group to the dock takes longer than most people plan for. We have multiple bookings throughout the day and cannot make up the lost time if you are late.

The customer is responsible for covering all fuel costs, which are charged based on current market rates ($6 gal). However, since the boat remains anchored for most of the charter, fuel expenses are generally minimal.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms at Paradise Cove Marina will be out of service for the summer. However, portable restrooms are available in the parking lot for your convenience.

For your safety, all life jackets onboard are US Coast Guard approved. There is a certified life jacket available for every passenger, ensuring a secure and worry-free experience on the water.

Smoking is not allowed on our boats. However, if any burn holes occur, a minimum charge of $500 per hole will apply. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are permitted on board.

No, If you have children under 18 please bring your own life jackets. We only carry adult sizes.

Absolutely! You don’t need to be a strong swimmer to enjoy a day on the water with us. Our boat rentals ensure safety and we advise wearing a life jacket the whole time, so you can have a memorable experience with complete peace of mind. The captain will address this subject with your group before leaving the dock.
